Absolutely stunning hosts, beyond intelligent and insanely friendly. FREE parking, the best full English breakfast, a mind-blowing 12 out of 10! Perfect location for exploring Brecon and Builth Wells, with incredible tea rooms nearby. Netflix on a super big TV screen, comfy beds, and plenty of hot water. We were greeted by Jonathan who carried our bags to the beautiful room with old beams and lace curtains, surrounded by flowers. Large en-suite with bath and shower. Shops and restaurant across the road. The warmth of the place and the fantastic people make the slight noise worth it. Breakfast choices were jaw-droppingly good. Exceptionally dog-friendly with great value for money. The ideal location for exploring the Brecon area. Highly recommended!

The bedroom on the ground floor with direct access to the carpark was super convenient for packing and having a dog. The hot food menu in the coffee shop was mind-blowing, especially the cakes. The hosts were so lovely and incredibly dog-friendly, allowing my dog to join me during meals. The location was perfect for horse riding and there were plenty of nearby pubs for dinner. The room was ultra comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and a fantastic walk-in shower room. The grounds were beautiful, surrounded by flowers and a scenic walking path. Jonathan and Paola, the hosts, were amazing and made us feel so welcome. The breakfast portions were jaw-dropping and delicious. The nearby petrol station was also a huge convenience. this place was an absolute find and I would highly recommend it for a few days stopover or a relaxing getaway.
